Here are FAQs

We'll verify your email address with an OTP. You will be required to proof of ID provide and a selfie image to verify your identity. Identity verification takes up to 5 minutes at least 90% of the time. In case of a delay, we'll contact you within 15 mins.
Once logged in, select the "Send Money" option from your dashboard. Enter the recipient's information, including their name, email address, and contact number. Indicate the amount you wish to send and choose the preferred currency.

Login to your account

Place your cursur over your "profile" on the top right

Click on "change password"

You’ll need to enter both your current password and the new password that you want to update it to

Click submit.


Your password is now updated.

Firstly, select the destination country where your recipient needs to receive funds, and then enter the amount you wish to send (or the amount you wish the beneficiary to receive).


Next, enter the details of the person you want to send money to, or select them from your contacts list. For those people that you have previously sent money to, you can also click on the ‘send again’ link in your transaction history screen. This will automatically open and set up a new transfer with all the same details, to save time, and you can easily edit the amount that you wish to send, if required.
